A friend recommended this oil and I have been using once a day at night on my hands for arthritic relief, for the past two weeks, so far no improvement, just hoping longer use to produce relief and results,

I was in Germany when my knees started playing up and needed something to ease the pain of osteoarthritis and this was recommended by a chemist. It did wonders. It also helps with headaches. Rub into your temples careful to avoid your eyes and at the nape at the back of your neck. And smells wonderful!!
