INFORMATION on how Paul'sMart Europe is affected by current Worldwide

COVID-19 & Holiday 2021

 *Delivery timeframe updates:

Latest Update 11/22/2021:

Shipping is back to normal in most countries. While we do our best to report patterns and accurate shipping estimates, occasionally there are exceptions that are totally out of our control. These delays can be caused by delays in the Worldwide Postal system and the Customs of your country.

All parcels are being sent by Deutsche Post (Warenpost).

We currently estimate approx. 2 weeks to USA and up to 6 weeks to OTHER COUNTRIES out of Europe. Australia currently has the longest time frame for shipping, sometimes up to 8-10 weeks.

Please note: Tracking numbers are showing occasional delays. With some parcels we will see tracking results showing delays out of Germany of many days or even longer which will show up on tracking sites as 'preshipment' or even "label created'. Some show a hold up in Frankfurt as the exit location of Germany. Rest assured that the day we hand your parcel to the post office is the day you receive your tracking number. Updated tracking is done by the Worldwide postal service and we have no control of their reporting. From experience, the tracking number WILL update, please keep checking.

Holiday delays: Same as every year, we predict normal delays due to the Holiday mail rush and hold ups in the Worldwide Postal system and Customs. In the countries with ongoing Covid-19 delays we suspect there may be even longer delays (Australia especially). Please order early and know that we are doing our part by getting your order out quickly. We will continue to update if we see patterns develop in the next month or so.

As always, we appreciate your patience, continued loyalty to us even through these interesting times.

We are confident that all parcels arrive.

We will continue to update our website if things change.
