My German sister-in-law introduced me to Pinimenthol 10 years ago. I was congested with Bronchitis, and at her suggestion applied Pinimenthol to my chest and throat. Ahhh so soothing. I was able to breathe more easily, and rest comfortably. This miracle product helped to break up chest and respiratory congestion very quickly. I highly recommend this product. There is also a "mild" formula for babies/young children.
