Product Description
Loceryl Nagellack bei Nagelpilz-Rot (Nail Polish for Nail Fungus-Red) 5ml
Application: Nail fungus in the end zone with a particular infection on less than 80% of the nail surface, caused by dermatophytes (skin fungi) and yeasts.
It is highly effective against: yeasts, dermatophytes, molds, Dematiaceen, dimorphic fungi. Bacteria - not sensitive to Amorolfinhydrochlorid - with the exception of Actinomyces.
Active ingredient: Amorolfine
Not for use in: Loceryl ® nail polish should not be used in patients with known hypersensitivity to amorolfine or any of the excipients. Inflammatory changes around the nail, diabetes, circulatory disorders, malnutrition, alcohol abuse, as well as in infants and children.
Application: Apply once or twice a week to the affected finger or toe nails.
Type and duration of use:
1. Before the first application of Loceryl ® nail polish, file off the diseased part of the nails (especially nail surfaces) with the nail file attached to the package, as well as possible. Then, for cleaning, degrease and paint the nail surface with nail polish remover by using one of the enclosed swabs. File and clean infected nails with an attached ball before further use, and discard the existing paint residue. Caution: Using nail file for the treatment or for the maintenance of healthy nails is not suggested.
2. With the spatula provided apply Loceryl ® nail polish on the entire surface of the diseased nail and let dry for 5 minutes. For each nail to be treated dip the spatula in the paint again and do not wipe on the neck of the bottle. To reuse the blade after use with the nail polish remover-soak swab and seal the bottle well.
3. Since the coating layer of Loceryl ® nail polish can be dissolved or removed, it is recommended that when working with these agents to protect the paint layer with impermeable gloves. Treatment with Loceryl nail polish should be used continuously until the nail is regenerated and the affected areas are definitely cured. The required time is usually six to seven months.
