Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, Additva Wellness Good Night & Rest should be used once a day.
Recommended consumption:
Stir the contents of the sachet into 150 ml of warm, not boiling water, allow the infusion to cool slightly and enjoy about 30 minutes before going to bed. Maximum of three sachets per day.
