Effective product for joint and muscle pain

I used this cream when it was available in Australia as Flexagil distributed for Merck by Blackmores. Now I cannot find it here but happily found it at Paul's Mart. Unhappily it is more expensive and almost unaffordable with the cost of postage. I am looking for a custom made 35% Comfrey cream and hoping that will be more affordable. But this is the nicest comfrey cream I have used and I would happily recommend it and I am sure it will me much cheaper in Germany.

I was in Germany when my knees started playing up and needed a cream to ease the pain of osteoarthritis and this was recommended by a chemist. It did wonders. So much better than any of the many other pain creams I have tried over the years.
